These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website imagesuniform.com and the corporate pizza catering services provided by Images Uniform Catering LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 237 W 35th St, New York, NY 10001, United States. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Images Uniform Catering LLC provides business-to-business (B2B) corporate pizza delivery and event catering services in the New York City metropolitan area. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Corporate pizza catering packages for office parties, executive lunches, conferences, and team-building events
  • Custom catering quotes tailored to specific event requirements
  • Professional delivery, setup, and presentation services
  • Dietary-inclusive menu options (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal)

2. Ordering and Quotes

2.1 Quote Requests

All catering orders begin with a quote request submitted through our website, by phone, or by email. A quote is not a binding contract until both parties confirm the order details in writing. Quotes are valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.

2.2 Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed when the client receives written confirmation (via email) from our catering team and any required deposit has been received. Once confirmed, the order is subject to our Delivery & Cancellation Policy.

2.3 Minimum Order Requirements

Our corporate catering packages have a minimum order value of $150.00 (USD). For events requiring delivery outside of Manhattan, a minimum order value of $250.00 (USD) may apply.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable sales tax. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the quoted price.

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Orders under $500: Full payment is due at the time of order confirmation
  • Orders $500 – $2,000: A 50% deposit is required at confirmation, with the balance due on the day of delivery
  • Orders over $2,000: Custom payment terms may be arranged. Please contact our catering team
  • Corporate clients with established accounts may qualify for Net-30 invoicing

3.3 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, company checks, and wire transfers for corporate accounts.

4. Delivery

Our delivery terms are outlined in full in our Delivery & Cancellation Policy. Key points include:

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders confirmed before 2:00 PM EST
  • Standard delivery is included for addresses within Manhattan
  • A delivery surcharge may apply for outer boroughs (Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island)
  • All deliveries include professional setup and presentation
