How a small pizza operation serving uniformed factory workers became New York City's most trusted corporate catering partner.
Our Garment District Roots
In 2011, founder Marco DiStefano noticed something remarkable about New York City's Garment District. Every day, thousands of essential workers — factory seamstresses, quality control inspectors, pattern cutters, and warehouse staff — poured out of the garment factories along West 35th Street to grab lunch. These dedicated workers, most of them wearing their company uniforms, had limited time and even fewer quality dining options during their 30-minute lunch breaks.
Marco, a second-generation Italian-American with deep roots in Neapolitan pizza-making traditions, saw an opportunity. He launched a small pizza operation from a modest kitchen on West 35th Street, delivering hot, freshly made pizza directly to the factory floors and break rooms of the Garment District. His signature promise was simple: "Uniformly perfect pizza, delivered to the people in uniform."
The uniform-wearing workers loved it. Within months, word spread beyond the garment factories to the nearby medical offices, where nurses, doctors, and healthcare staff in their scrubs — another kind of uniform — began ordering as well. The name "Images Uniform" was born from this unique origin: the idea that our pizza would deliver a consistent, high-image culinary experience to every hardworking person in uniform, every single day.
Evolving into Corporate Catering
As our reputation for consistent quality and reliable delivery grew, something unexpected happened. The corporate offices located above and around the Garment District's factories started calling. Law firms on Seventh Avenue wanted pizza for their working lunches. Advertising agencies in the Flatiron District requested catering for their creative brainstorms. Tech startups in Chelsea needed pizza for their all-night hackathons.
By 2015, we had fully evolved from a local lunch delivery service into a premium B2B corporate catering company. We invested in insulated delivery vehicles, hired professional catering setup specialists, and developed our now-famous corporate catering packages — each one designed to deliver the same "uniformly perfect" experience that our original Garment District customers loved, but scaled up for boardrooms, conference halls, and company-wide celebrations.
Today, Images Uniform Catering serves over 500 corporate clients across all five boroughs of New York City. From intimate executive lunches for 10 to massive company events for 500+, we remain committed to the principle that made us successful: every single pizza, for every single client, must be uniformly perfect.

2011 — The Beginning
Marco DiStefano launches a small pizza delivery operation on West 35th Street, serving lunch to Garment District factory workers and medical staff in their uniforms.
2013 — Expanding Our Reach
Demand grows beyond factories. Nearby corporate offices begin ordering for team lunches and meetings. We hire our first dedicated delivery driver and expand our kitchen.
2015 — Corporate Catering Launch
Images Uniform Catering officially pivots to a B2B corporate catering model. We introduce our first structured catering packages and professional event setup services.
2018 — 200 Corporate Clients
We reach 200 recurring corporate clients. Our insulated delivery fleet expands to cover all five NYC boroughs with guaranteed same-day delivery.
2021 — A Decade of Excellence
Celebrating 10 years of uniformly perfect pizza. We launch our dietary-inclusive packages (gluten-free, vegan, halal) and surpass 400 corporate accounts.
2024 — 500+ Clients Strong
